Iyr and many complaints. Roaches are beyond belief. Dumpster like a pit of death. Just dirty from top to bottom..English second language. Worst place I've been and seen...stay away

Not Impressed
I scheduled an appointment and one of the requirements were for a call to be made so that the leasing agent could be better prepared. That was confusing as I didn’t think it was the potential resident’s responsibility to remind their staff of my coming. Still, I contacted beforehand and received no answer. I still drove there anyway because I was clearly interested in the viewing. When I got there, they were closed. I waited outside for a few assuming maybe they were on lunch. Eventually, I... called multiple contact numbers and there were no answer. There wasn’t a note left on the door. The maintenance man that entered/exited the leasing office didn’t bother to take the earphones out of his ears to tell me if the team were running late or not available. He clearly couldn’t hear me when I asked if they were gone for the day. The rent increased $30 between the date of setting the appointment and today, which is to be expected. However, I can’t even lock in that price because their staff failed to communicate with potential residents.

Horrible Service
Would’ve love to tell you about the actual property since I was highly interested but after making a 12:30pm appointment to view a unit, Amanda was late arriving to said appointment.
She stared at me blankly and said she had no units for me to view. When I told her I had an appointment she said she knew. I asked her why didn’t she call and tell me this before I wasted my time during the workday to drive out there. She just kept staring blankly and said there was nothing to show.
I’d keep... looking if I were you.

Infestation of ROACHES!!!
BEWARE...Do not MOVE here!!! If i could give no stars i would. I been here for 9 days and I have a roach infestation. I am an active duty Army soldier and they trying to tell me the place didn’t have ROACHES before I got there like I was the problem. Luckily I have orders to move far away from the area, so I can leave my lease with no harm done. The Manager act likes she cares but when you confront her with a problem she gets defensive and start trying to place blame on you. Don’t do it !! I’m... warning you all
