Tenant since 2025 and this community is terrible!! Internet outage every month, now we won’t have internet for 3 days, they kept saying they are working on finding a solution, they just want your money. I rarely leave negative reviews, but prospective residents deserve to know what they may be signing up for.
I have lived here for some time and have repeatedly expressed concerns to management regarding ongoing quality of life issues. Unfortunately, many of these concerns remain unresolved.
The biggest issue is the lack of reliable services and amenities despite paying full rent every month. The community internet frequently goes down, and residents do not have the option to choose another... provider. When the internet isn't working, you're simply out of luck.
Parking for Building 2 is another major problem. If you come home in the evening, especially after 8:00 PM, finding parking near your building can be nearly impossible. Residents have complained about this issue for months, yet there has been no meaningful solution.
The pool has been closed since Memorial Day weekend, which is especially frustrating considering residents pay for access to community amenities. During the summer months, one of the primary advertised amenities has been unavailable.
Cleanliness is also becoming a concern. Residents allow dogs to urinate near building entrances, and the smell is often noticeable as soon as you walk out the door. It creates an unpleasant first impression and detracts from the overall living experience.
What is most disappointing is not that problems arise every community has issues but the lack of timely resolution and communication. Residents are expected to pay rent on time every month, yet the amenities and services included in that rent are not consistently available.
I would strongly encourage anyone considering moving here to ask detailed questions about internet reliability, parking availability, amenity access, and response times for resident concerns before signing a lease.

I've noticed such a positive shift at the property, especially with the grounds and overall care. Tierra has been attentive, intentional, and genuinely committed to giving residents the best experience possible. It's encouraging to see the apartment community turning around in such a positive direction. Her efforts truly stand out.

Terrible experience. I Came to tour a 2 bedroom 2 bath just the day before yesterday and I loved them. I Was told that I had 48 hours to apply to get app and admin fees waived and was also a given my move in costs (Estimate since credit hadn’t been ran just yet). The next day I went to apply and the price of the apartments had gone up even though I was told the price would be locked in for 48 hours. Apparently even though this is a new community with over 200 brand new units available, they only... had one listed at the price I saw and they leased it out already. If you only have one unit available at that price, why wouldn’t you place a sense of urgency on it and tell me that? I asked if they can price match 1 of the 200 plus units available that they have and I was told no. Very unprofessional and I will be contacting corporate about this. Very unfair business Read More
