The columns at Sweetwater
I just moved in my apartment today and so far everything has been good ! I love the apartment and the floor plan….Magnolia was my leasing agent that took great care of me and made my move in so smooth. She’s one of the best in the leasing field, she stayed on top of things. Thank you Magnolia !!!

The Lithia Springs Columns
The complex is in a nice location. Its right next to Interstate 20 which takes you to the city of Atlanta. There is a pool and a club house that you can rent out for a party with friends and family. The maintenance crew is helpful in fixing things that break in the apt. Couldn't ask for a better place around the city than this. I'm pleased

Amazing Angel
Very peaceful nice neighbors good apartment managers beautiful neighborhood but the rent went up and i am in a financial jam with my hospital bills from my serious grease burns and other financial issues. I can really use a 1 year rent free to pay off these debts.
