Happy, Happy Tenant
I am a first time apartment tenant and this experience could not have been any more perfect. Sydney and Jessica answered all my questions - especially the ones I didn't know to ask - that is the definition of outstanding customer service. The support staff they have here were fantastic as well. How do you start a new chapter in your life with a positive attitude - you start with the blessing of a staff that does their job really, really well. THANK YOU Jessica, Sydney, the Property Manager and... each of the gentleman that I have encountered in this experience. It was noticed and appreciated.

Welcoming Team at Brodick Hill
I love my home at Brodick Hill. I have been here since 2020. I love the landscape, the office staff, and the maintenance. What I love the most the team is very personable and knows most of the residents by name. It safe, gated, and pet friendly with a dog park. :-)

WONDERFUL STAFF
I recently moved into Brodick Hill and I couldn't have chose a better community. The staff is amazing! Maintanence is very responsive. Overall a wonderful community to call home!
