The leasing process was easy and quick. I love how everything is online. I'm able to pay my rent, text the staff and recieve quick responses. It's nice to see the same employees in the office and they know me by my name. There are nice things they do for the tenants like free breakfast and food trucks. My apartment is gorgeous! The kitchen has a gas stove, which is awesome for cooking. It's very large with a nice balcony and huge closet. The appliances are new and I even have a washer and dryer.... I like how the complex is large and spread out with a lot of sitting areas outside and walking paths. Honestly, I’ve had too many issues with this apartment complex. The first problem was that my rent was changed without any notice. Thankfully, that situation was eventually corrected, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
The second issue is the trash valet service. We pay $38 every month, yet there have been multiple occasions when the trash was not picked up. When I spoke to the office about it, they said they were just waiting for the contractor’s agreement to end, which is... frustrating considering residents are still being charged for the service.
I also have a small dachshund who does bark, and I understand that it can be annoying at times. However, as a responsible dog owner, I need to take him outside periodically. Out of courtesy for others, I limit his time outside to no more than 10 minutes every 4–5 hours during the day (never during quiet hours). I understand that neighbors may have concerns, but it’s upsetting that instead of trying to find a reasonable compromise, I was simply told not to take him out.

The inside of the apartment is great with a gas oven and large refrigerator, but the outside has a lot of problems that ruin the living experience:

Noisy - sports cars and those wannabe cool cars have loud engines roaring through the community, loud music from car radios is also common. Trucks on the adjacent property blow horns.

Dirty - stairs are stained and trashy, trash compactor regularly overflows with trash, pool has mold or mildew on the floor.

This place is a hidden gem in Lawrenceville. The leasing agents are super knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive to all questions we had during the moving process. The amenities are always well maintained, and service requests are promptly addressed.
