My son moved in this fall as a KSU student and was matched with three other guys.
On move in day, three of the boys arrived to a currently occupied and very dirty apartment. One young man had obviously lived there all summer and all of the common areas were taken.
This young man was not prepared for roommates and the place was dirty and could not be cleaned because of all the personal items.
Multiple emails to the complex and management were unanswered.

Nice apartment, safe with a security car that I have seen on patrol. No bugs, big room, clean with newly painted buildings. Very close to the school, best location. Love it.

We are extremely disappointed with the cost versus the quality. Its old and not well maintained. If we had known that we were duped, we would have never moved into the filthy apartment.
