It’s a great community to live at. I recently just moved here and so far I like it . The leasing office staff are really nice very helpful. They’ve helped me find the perfect apartment for me.its a nice area

Chill community, friendly staff and maintenance crew. Year round activities in the office, specially for kids. Community upkeep is good, there’s weekly and monthly landscaping maintenance, leaf blowers, pressure washing the building and even the concrete is done once a year. Mandated inspections are on point. Compared to other places I lived, these are things I noticed outstanding . The dumpster area is usually kept clear as well, and lately trash pick up has been way better. These are older... community buildings, but for what they provide and charge rent, it’s somewhat reasonable, comparing to others in the area. Going on my third year, and thankful, honestly.
