Quiet , clean and spacious! I have no complaints about my unit besides one maintenance issue that has not been addressed yet. The amenities are usable also!

Chill community, friendly staff and maintenance crew. Year round activities in the office, specially for kids. Community upkeep is good, there’s weekly and monthly landscaping maintenance, leaf blowers, pressure washing the building and even the concrete is done once a year. Mandated inspections are on point. Compared to other places I lived, these are things I noticed outstanding . The dumpster area is usually kept clear as well, and lately trash pick up has been way better. Location is awesome based on where I work - also within easy walking distance of the restaurant row area of Chastain road. Neighbors usually do not make excessive noise. However maintenance crews often do make excessive noise in the mid morning hours. Some neighbors definitely smoke weed and the smell is obvious when walking outside. Another neighbor often doesn’t put his dog on a leash- although the dog in question is usually well behaved. It’s also not unusual to see dog poop around the place... as well since some people obviously don’t clean up after their dogs despite supposedly being required to do so. Read More
