Haven’t moved in yet but gotta say so far liking how everything went. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Jazz. She was very welcoming and answered all the questions I had with a smile. The pricing is affordable as well.

The scenery is absolutely beautiful. My apartment is on the second floor with trees cascading in front of my living room window and deck. This renovated apartment is perfect for what I need at the moment. The amenities are on point. My neighbors are respectful and quiet. The staff has always been accommodating, professional, and friendly. No apartment complex is perfect but this one comes real close.

Moving here at first was a very smooth process. I lived her for 2 years and moved out during the pandemic. During my stay, many of the apartments were remodeled. My apartment was not and it was one of the only ones that had not been remodeled. I was told my apartment would be remodeled once I moved out and the carpet would be taken up. I moved out in May 2020 and I just received a collections letter for damaged carpet in February 2021. It has been almost a year since I have moved out. I never... received a Bill but I received a collections letter. After contacting them, no one seemed to remember but stated even if they did decide to take the carpet up and remodel I would still be responsible for it. I am very disappointed in this service. I have referred so many people to this apartment complex to later be treated horribly once I have moved out. We are in a pandemic and this has been such a burden and aggravation to receive such news.
