Dont even think about this place! look elsewhere
greedy , greedy, community. management sucks! they will rob you for every penny! I had water damage to my items due to the complex negligence. you think they cared? absolutely not. Once I moved they billed me for still residing there when they knew I HAD ALREADY moved out. old broken appliances, roaches all over the place. gate is always broken. not worth the MONEY . STAY AWAY.

Nice people, nice place
I really like living at the Reserve John’s Creek. Everyone in the office is very nice and answers emails quickly. Really enjoy living here and would recommend to everyone I know

We always loved it
My husband and I have lived in the community since 2008 and have seen it through a lot of staff. Over the last few years the company has made a great effort in bettering the community and it’s never looked better!
