Lived at Azure Cove 1+ year. Now stray cats roam due to residents feeding them. I’m pregnant with allergies; after 3+ months of complaints, management has idly- can’t resolve the issue that’s on their property. This is Unsafe, unacceptable to residents as a whole and disappointing as it appears they can enforce certain rebukes/regulations but not the actual needs and concerns of residents for peace and safety overall.

Worst experience ever
Was living here. Apartments have licking problems, roaches, trash all around. Manager is never at the office. The nice maintenance guys left. Trashy people, every year add $200 to your rent. They said have amenities, don't know where. Pool was closed the whole summer, opened in fall. People is leaving after 3 or 4 months of living here. Dogs are popping everywhere and owners don't clean it. And now, a friend of mine was living in one of the apartments that burned down 2 weeks ago and they send... people to shelters with kids. What an insensitive management.

Great place to live
Very quiet neighborhood. The office staff are amazing and always willing to help. The apartments are older but livable and they are in the process of upgrading. The kids, hubby and I love it here.
