Application Fee: $75/applicant
Monthly Rent: $1400
Security Deposit: One month of rent based on credit approval
Monthly Fees: $20 for pest control, $20 for trash removal, $80 for in-unit washer and dryer machines
Administrative Fee: $150 due at move-in
Renters Insurance Fee: $15/lease holder/month
Pet Fees: Non-refundable $250/pet due at move-in + $25/pet/month

*If lease term starts from November to February, we reserve the right to offer a 16-month lease term.
