I would strongly caution anyone considering living at The Hue (Atlantic States Management).

During my daughter’s 21-month lease, she experienced extremely high and inconsistent electricity bills for more than half of her time there. Despite repeated emails, maintenance requests, and multiple visits to the front office, the issue was never properly investigated or resolved in a timely manner. We were eventually told—after months of frustration—that the HVAC system was faulty and needed to be... replaced.

While the unit was ultimately replaced, this only occurred after an extended period of inaction, including time without heat. In the meantime, my daughter incurred thousands of dollars in excessive electricity charges. Georgia Power confirmed that the usage was well outside the normal range for an apartment of that size and pointed to equipment issues.

What is most concerning is that, even after acknowledging the problem, management has not taken responsibility for the financial impact. Compensation that was promised has not been provided, and there has been no meaningful resolution to date.

Additionally, it is incredibly frustrating that there is no accessible phone contact information for management. This lack of transparency and accessibility makes it unnecessarily difficult to address urgent issues.

This experience reflects a serious breakdown in responsiveness, accountability, and basic customer service. I would not recommend The Hue to students or families looking for reliable and responsive housing. Read More

Love living here. While sometimes maintenance requests are not addressed adequately or consistently, still very happy. I would recommend to a friend.

So far really good! Haven't tried out all the stuff this place has to offer but It's a nice place.

Wish the kitchen sink was a bit deeper though.

i have been living here for a month so far this is what i have to say about the hue so far. the location is nice if you are going out at night especially on the weekends. the isue with the location is that if you want to go to the accademic buildings there is olny one bus that dosent go to all the buildings. if you like walking than that will not be an issue. all utilities are included except trash wich is nice. there are tons of events here at the hue however the emails for the events are... sometimes sent out last minute. if ou have a car or bike i reccomend bringing it with you because the busses are not always reliable. if you have verision i reccomend switching to tmoble if you move here because verision usually does not work in these buildings you do have a student discount. the wifi is was really weard to set up. i reccomend making shure your first day after movein here is free so you can work with the office to get your wifi set up Read More

It's great place for students looking to find off-campus housing. It has great amenities, responsive office, gym, pool all of which are well maintained
