Decent Place
This is a decent place to live. I see a lot of bad reviews but that hasn’t been my experience. The apartment is not the biggest, but it has plenty of room. I like how they have recently made a sport court too. Gated access makes it nice for me too. Would recommend living here!

No response!!!!
I was told I was approved over the phone almost 2 weeks ago. We were supposed to get our welcome letter by Monday 6/24. I’ve called the office multiple times and emailed with no responses. When I called at 9am, like office hours show online, I was told the office doesn’t open until 10am but someone should be getting to me that day. Still no response or replies to my emails. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!

live in your car
I lived here for two years, hoping things improve. After realizing things were getting worse and rent was still average for the area. I got quick as possible without breaking lease. These people have the most unorganized and remedial staff. Pay attention to details in your lease agreements. In my apartment the infestation bugs is the worst part, now that I’ve moved out. I notice how disgusting and dirty those apartment are. I don’t get how they haven’t been fined for non-compliance living... standards. This place needs to be audited.
