I had lived in my house for 41 years, when my husband passed away unexpectedly. I had no idea how to rent an apartment.,how a lease works etc. The staff in the office were extremely patient and answered all my questions. They were a very big help. Made me feel at home here.

I love living here, its quiet, the area is perfect, 5ish minutes from about everything. I cannot really complain about anything. The staff is great, always happy when I come to the office. Pool is nice too and the company really cares about their residents.

We have lived in 3 different apartment/townhouse complexes over the last 6 years and The Villages at Fort Town are by far the best! They work hard to keep the community clean, running smoothly, and they actually care about their residents! The management and maintenance teams are absolutely amazing and we love living here!
