I have lived in the Fort Town community for over a year and have loved every minute of it! Anytime I have an issue they are on top of it and make sure whatever the issue is has been fixed. Staff is amazing and maintenance guys are awesome!!!

The rent could be lower in the townhomes for the SQF your getting but other than that it’s pretty good place to live. The location is nice too.

Living at The Villages has truly been a one of a kind experience. Kelsey is always willing to help with any concerns, give out love and treats to fur babies, and bring a smile to my face over a cup of coffee. The maintenance team has gone above and beyond to ensure that any issues are quickly dealt with.
Now if only there was a car care center!
Living here is affordable, comfortable, and welcoming. No desire to go anywhere else any time soon!
