Very disappointed with my experience applying here. I was initially told my credit score qualified, but after paying application/admin fees I was later informed the requirements had changed under new management. Communication throughout the process was extremely inconsistent. I was told multiple times that management would call me back regarding possible options, including paying a higher deposit, but I never received any follow-up. I also received a request to leave a positive review before my... application process was even finalized, which felt very unprofessional. Overall, the process felt disorganized and misleading. I would strongly recommend future applicants get all qualifications and policies clearly in writing before paying any fees.

I’ve stayed here for going on 1 year and a half and was on the waitlist for a year lol They definitely call you back just don’t miss that phone call because they have to move to the next person . It’s close to the highway so you can hear the semi trucks ,I’m use to it but it’s annoying The pool don’t open which in my opinion it leaves the kids doing crazy things like pull fight alerts in the hall way and knock knock run They keep the apt landscaping top tier The gate is A1 now it hardly... breaks and when it does its fix immediately I enjoy living over here everyone friendly and the staff is cool and understanding

Rude
Manager rude…told me my application was denied because it was incomplete and that was a lie….then told me they didn’t take my application fee…but my credit card company said they did…then when I said I had proof my money was refunded…still got my email…

Regal park
I love staying over here the neighborhood is quiet the staff is very friendly and nice especially ms Wanda and ms Joy the maintenance staff is awesome they respond right away I have been here one year going on two and I just resigned my lease and I love it quiet I haven't seen nothing going on here I also like how the trash is orderly you don't see trash everywhere all around it's a safe good community
