Welcome to our home! We’re so glad you’re here. To make sure everyone enjoys a comfortable and respectful stay, please review and follow these house rules.

You’ll have exclusive access to your private bedroom and shared access to the kitchen, living room, laundry area, and backyard.

Please keep shared areas tidy and clean up after yourself promptly.

No personal items left in shared spaces overnight, except in designated storage areas.

?? Kitchen Use

Please:

Label and store your food properly.

Wash, dry, and put away dishes immediately after use.

Wipe down counters and stovetops.

Rotate taking out trash & recycling to curb. while you are renting, this is your home. Please respect it as such.


?? Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

Please be considerate with noise in shared spaces (TV, music, phone calls).

?? Smoking / Substances

No smoking or vaping indoors.

You may smoke outside only.

No illegal drugs or excessive alcohol consumption on the property.

Washer and dryer are available.

Please do not leave clothes in machines once a cycle is complete.
