I have lived here going on 4 years , the property was a mess when i got here and then management changed over to hispanics & they have been improving with maintenance and making sure we have a reasonable rate on rent , there is not much shooting going on or any break ins nomore like there was when they were originally called Eastwyck , there’s small playgrounds for kids not much room for that but it’s decent .. i have no issues with Insects or bugs in general . The office is not open when they... need to be at times but they do have a straight to contact phone number to make it easier , you have to use a translator at times for them to understand you but it’s okay . These new management are completely inconsiderate of people’s time. No one is ever in the office during operating office neither do they ever answer the phone. I have a call log of the hundreds of phone calls I have made trying to reach someone from management. Left voicemails and no returns. Just complete trash community. Do your research.

From the entire staff to the residents had been a headache. Do not move here, the maintenance team doesn’t care about the residents and the property manager doesn’t get anything fixed. Rodents and rats roam the neighborhood and seek their way into people apartments. Please save yourself the stress.

This place claims to have washer/dryer connections but the laundry room so small, neither one can fit inside. There is a RAT problem because there is a hole in the laundry room floor that they refuse to fix. Been here 6 months & there's been at least 3 shootings outside my door.
