I have lived at Resia Willows for 8+ months now. Unfortunately, my experience at Resia Willows is a huge disappointment. I have experienced mold issues that are stemming from the lack of proper ventilation throughout the apartment and the lack of structural integrity; as a result, my roommate and I have had to dispose of many of our valuables (shoes, picture frames, etc)
We also have been met with consistent disrespect from office staff, specifically Lashae and Diamond. They never showed... empathy for our problems nor does the office send out communication regarding the lack of access to amenities we were promised when signing our lease. The pool is still not officially open and it is July 3rd; instead of sending out a community wide apology, the office continues to ignore us and respond to us and other residents with a rude attitude.
There was also a shooting that took place on the property last month (someone was indeed injured) and there was no communication to the residential community regarding measures implemented to ensure our safety going forward. The entrance gate is wide open during the day every day and the exit gate is open 24/7; this was the case before and still is now, after the shooting.
However, I do need to give kuddos to the incredible maintenance staff, specifically Jose and Josh, who actively worked to retrieve an industrial size dehumidifier for my unit, temporarily, to assist with our mold issue. They are also always friendly, warm, and welcoming and greet me with a smile at all times. I would not be able to live here comfortably if it wasn't for their endless help!

Lacking in Good management
If I could give them a negative star, I would. They're incompent, not professional, and take No accountability when they drop the ball. Each person in the office gives you a different answer to the same question, so if you get it wrong, sorry, you should have researched the answer better or asked the right question. Get everything they say in writing. You can't trust them to do their job and tell you the right answer. It's all on you. They will take your money. You're a block from the jail,... and their building is made with all this concrete that makes it look like the jail. The ground is always wet in the apartment walkways. Good luck with bugs and management.
