Daja was an amazing leasing agent at Modera Decatur. She gave a has a very detailed tour. She followed up instantly with all the quotes for different apartments we tour. We requested another tour without appointments since we’re not from here and relocating so we wanted to make sure this will be our next home. She was able to accommodate us which was amazing. I will recommend this luxury apartment.

Incredible Experience!

Daja in Modera Decatur was incredible. She made the difficult decision of where we move our family to from out of state to a lot more easy, but also followed up with us to ensure we were happy with our decision.

Great place to live. Central to everything Decatur, responsive staff and great amenities. Units are well appointed and relatively quiet. Gas ranges are a plus, in unit washer and dryer are fantastic.
