Enjoy all the amenities and our apartment is super nice. Our ceiling started leaking bc of the rain and the resident garage doors are always broken

Friendly neighbors, guest and resident parking limited and they will tow, community is non smoking but sometimes the smoke leaks into my unit and the smell is so strong.

I have a great experience living at Modera Old Ivy! The staff and concierge are amazing—always friendly and helpful. The building feels very safe, and I love the peace of mind that comes with it. The amenities are top-notch, including a beautiful pool, fitness center, and lounges that make it feel like a resort. Highly recommend!
