Moving to Modera Old Ivy has been nothing short of life changing. We came from a loud dirty complex and everything here is so serene and tidy. The staff and other residents we have met have all been so friendly and helpful and we are looking forward to our future in our beautiful new home!

The apartment complex is very new. All the facilities are pretty convenient. We really loved the two pools and all the stratis app. The only thing is sometimes the pool is kinda loud at night, but we're gradually getting used to it.

Definitely recommended if you want a tranquil place to live in the heart of a great location. Shayla was super useful upon move in and all the questions we had. I do wish parking was better enforced (residents often park in visitor parking out of convenience and aren’t booted). Overall, my unit is great and this has been the best apartment living experience I’ve had.
