They lie about helping you fix issues with maintenance and neighbors. The rental office is no longer open so you have to drive down the street to Domain there sister property, Trash is suppose to be picked up daily but they will not come 3 days at at time.

Quiet neighborhood but repairs take forever and aren’t done to completion. When advised that the ceiling was leaking and caving they just painted over the problem area

Every thing is perfect and good. But the only thing is the main gate was not working most of the time. Remaining every thing is clean and good

Could be a lot better but unfortunately maintenance request are barely addressed. Also, trash on property and the price for the space isn't worth it.

It was good until I was placed in a roach infested apt. These apartments tend to flood from the ceiling a-lot. Needs renovations and contractors who actually take their work serious and actually repair these apartments after someone has moved out. The staff are nice in the office especially Karson. I know they don’t have control over the property and are just doing their job.
