This apartment is a breeding ground for cockroaches, and the rock-bottom rent reflects its dire condition. Despite numerous complaints, the management is unresponsive and neglectful, outsourcing pest control to an ineffective third-party service. The on-site staff are cooperative, but they're clearly powerless to address the systemic issues. Given the decrepit state of the building and the blatant disregard for tenant concerns, I strongly advise against renting here unless you’re comfortable... with a permanent infestation. Proceed with caution

Excelent Service
I have lived in Collingwood Apartments for three years, and it has been a great experience. The maintenance team is outstanding—always willing and diligent. I especially want to commend Raul and Rolando for their exceptional care and professionalism. They’ve consistently provided excellent service, including fixing and maintaining my A/C and handling other tasks with great attention to detail.

Don't trust whatever they've written on website
They've mentioned Playground in amenities, I never saw one there. And Tennis Court, it's there, but you cannot play; cracks and the net is laying on the ground.
Doing no improvement and raising the rent.
Roaches everywhere. If your apartment is beside trees, then expect snakes as well
