One of the worst living experiences I’ve had avoid Avondale Hills if you can. I regret signing a lease here. The management is unresponsive and rude, maintenance requests take forever (if they’re addressed at all), and the units are not well-maintained—mold, pests, and broken appliances seem to be common issues. The walls are paper thin, so you’ll hear your neighbors’ every move. The security is basically nonexistent, and packages go missing constantly. Rent increases every year despite the... decline in quality. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Great New Apartments
I've lived here for a few months now and I cannot recommend this property enough. From my first tour with Dyllan, to my move-in, to the random maintenance requests, I have had nothing but good experiences here. The apartments are all new, the clubroom/pool are great, and the gym is open 24-hours. I love living here!

Worth Every Penny!
We love living here! The staff is amazing and respond quickly answering any questions. The maintenance staff came the same day to fix an issue. I highly recommend this place!
