The Flats at Westshore is an amazing community! The units are very well equipped and no corners were cut in the design and building. The property is very well-maintained and the residents are clean and considerate. No trash overflowing by the dumpsters and everyone picks up after their furry friends. Tanisha in the Office is WONDERFUL and a huge factor in making this community so great!

Absolutely love this community so far. I love how dog friendly it is. The ammenities are great. The atmosphere in the clubhouse is very relaxing. The gym is sooo great. I am looking forward to being able to us the pool. The location really seals the deal.

We’ve lived here for just over a month and have loved our experience so far! I keep telling my husband this doesn’t feel like an apartment, it feels like a fancy condo in nice architecture buildings you’d see in the mountains or beach! We’re excited to expand our community here and enjoy all the amenities going forward! We love the Flats!!

Incredible management staff; prompt to respond to resident's needs, proactive re: community social opportunities, professional in every way!
Beautifully designed community! Love the "town square" feeling.
