Excellent customer service nice quiet neighborhood apartment is very nice and clean,very close to the schools close to the grocery stores I only been here a few days and I already like the neighborhood.

The manager (Robin) is so helpful and courteous and funny. When you have a problem with anything she makes sure the problem was taken care of in a decent amount of time. Maintenance takes care of your work orders within 3 day's and checks back to make sure satisfied.

It's pretty good with good responsive maintenance issues responded to in a timely manner. The place is quite quiet but the fruit flies are breeding somewhere I don't know from where. We get them though.
