Do not move into these apartments. No maintenance repairs done, constant hot water outages, and an uncomfortable feeling that someone is watching you. Be weary of the maintenance team around here. I felt unsafe and the leasing office did nothing to change any of this.

Constant Increases and Zero Upgrades I enjoy the comfort that I have had while living in my apartment. My issue is the constant increase of rent each year and not receiving anything for the increase. No inspections, no upgrade on faucets in the kitchen nor the upstairs bathroom, can't take a bath due to tub having paint chips peeling from the tub and wall and having to go elsewhere to wash and dry cloths. Also, due to other reasons the gate is always broken, and the pool is only for decoration... and isn't a pleasant site to view. No HOT Water I TEXT, emailed, called an spoke to someone as they were leaving for the day. That there is still No HOT Water since last night. The young maintenance man said sorry she will call someone. They left for the day.. the hot water goes out often.

Maintenance on hanging vent The man said he had only been here at the complex for a couple of months, but he knew what he was doing and persisted until I was satisfied. He had a work order and I signed off on it, made a copy, and it took only about 10 or 15 minutes total.
