It’s very convenient. Maintenance is very responsive. It’s a bit overpriced but all apartments are at this point. The community is beautiful if you are able to tour it without the dogs pooping all over the place. I prefer they maintain stricter guidelines for pet owners. It’s out of control.

I’ve lived at The Oliver for five years, and my overall experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The community feels welcoming, the staff is consistently friendly and helpful, and maintenance has always been quick and responsive. Aside from one major hiccup over the years, I’ve been very satisfied and genuinely happy to call this place home.

I love where I live. Everything is so new and nice and clean. I feel safe and the staff is very friendly and fast at what they do. I’d recommend this place to anyone. We haven’t had anything really go wrong. One thing broke and they imminently came and fixed it which was so nice
