I’ve lived at The Oliver for five years, and my overall experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The community feels welcoming, the staff is consistently friendly and helpful, and maintenance has always been quick and responsive. Aside from one major hiccup over the years, I’ve been very satisfied and genuinely happy to call this place home.

I love where I live. Everything is so new and nice and clean. I feel safe and the staff is very friendly and fast at what they do. I’d recommend this place to anyone. We haven’t had anything really go wrong. One thing broke and they imminently came and fixed it which was so nice

I just renewed my lease because of how much I love it here! I’ve lived in atlanta area 8 years and this is by far the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in here! The neighborhood is great and if you keep going to the same bars and restaurants around, you’ll make new friends and meet your neighbors. This area is such an easy place to have Sunday Fundays, family fun days, and outdoor runs.

I've been living here for the past 2 years, and I cannot complain. The staff is super helpful and polite. Maintenance requests are usuallg solved within the same day unless it is a matter that needs to be coordinated with off-site vendors. The location is super convenient, a block away from the MARTA metro, lots of local restaurants within walking distance, supermarkets, hardware stores, gas stations, and less than 30 mins from downtown.
The apartments are comfortable and have a good layout.... The noise level is super reasonable, I usually cannot hear noises coming from neighbor apartments, and when I do, it is nothing disruptive and never within the quite hours of the night time. Also, there are frequent activities to promote socializing between the neighbors.
I look forward to continue living there for the foreseeable future.
