Don’t waste your time

Apartments community unkept. Parking is an issue,Stairwells are always dirty, maintenance does nothing but walk around, car break ins, dog poop, overfilled trash cans, trash around the property, several resident packages left outside the community, management allows staff to live in unoccupied units, Luxor room all ways filled with packages and never clean, very low volume community with low volume and ratchet residents

Good potential, can't recommend until safety and management improve

It's a beautiful property with a prime location across from the airport and not too far from downtown Chamblee. Units are spacious and modern.

However, there leaves a lot to be desired for a brand new building and the safety and management. Basic work orders may need extensive follow-up to get completed. Not getting a garage door fixed for two weeks, leading to 20+ cars getting broken into is unacceptable for a new property. Learning about a break-in from other residents instead of management...
is not a good look either.

Could be a good property once problems are fixed, but right now I look elsewhere.
