They care only about money . at the beginning when you are going to rent they act very nice but later they treat you like a trash I don’t recommend anyone to rent this place . There is a lot noise all the time . They never listen your complains it’s not a safe community

The neighbors around are so sweet and nice they are all very friendly and love going to the pool to grill out and chat, but we all agree that this place has a lack of communication skills . Everyone me and wife talk to say the same thing, this place needs to get there crap together. The workers do not care about the residents as much as they seem to in the begin, after you sign that lease you are treated like you don't exist. They make their life easy by ignoring everything, they are just... working for the $$$ signs. The staff will find anything to charge you with. They do not give warning or heads up. The maintenance is lack there of, they don't response fast and they don't care about your schedule. Dogs are welcomed but the apartment doesn't take into consideration of the fact that not everyone works at home and can leave work to have services done during the week from 9-5, they don't give you a set time. The bushes out side of the patios are growing wild never trimmed properly, the trash compactor you cant throw away boxes so if you moved in you got to go find somewhere else to toss it which is inconvenient. The apartments look very nice and are nicely appointed. The office staff is a whole different story. Butter wouldn’t melt in their mouths while your looking into leasing but once you are in they are rude and unprofessional. You can’t call them and get a question answered, they only communicate through the resident portal, and when I can get them on the phone you’re lucky to get any information out of them. They act like they are doing you a favor letting you live in their “asset,” as they refer... to your apartment.
