Large-scale projects such as painting and power washing can unfortunately bring unexpected delays, but that does not lessen the inconvenience experienced by residents, particularly when timelines shift or communication does not feel clear or consistent. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to have your patio furniture displaced far longer than originally anticipated.

I also hear your concerns regarding office accessibility and communication. While there are occasions when team members may need to step away for operational matters, resident accessibility remains a priority, and your feedback regarding availability and communication has been heard.
That said, I also want to reassure you that the work currently taking place throughout the community is part of a broader effort to improve the overall resident experience and preserve the quality of the property long-term. Some of the very concerns you mentioned, including infrastructure improvements and aesthetic repairs, are actively being addressed, even if the path there has at times felt disruptive.
