The apartments and amenities are nice, and it is walking distance to many retail places. They do not have good move in policy regarding key fob and gates. The electricity goes out often, and people do not pick up after their dogs.

Living here has been a great experience. The community is well maintained, peaceful, and welcoming. The staff is professional, friendly, and responsive whenever I need assistance. I truly enjoy living here and appreciate the effort that goes into making this a comfortable place to call home. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

I moved here sight-unseen 3 1/2 years ago. My daughter, son-in-law, and assistant manager Tijuana, handled everything. I lived in that apartment, a lovely and spacious 2/2, for a little over a year. I am almost 80 with mobility problems, so when a more efficient handicap unit became available, I moved. This apartment, still in Elan Brookwood, is a smaller 1/1 unit. Someone knew what they were doing when they designed this space. I can cook, do dishes, and my laundry all while sitting down. The... bathroom is spacious and perfectly designed; I feel safe here. Moreover, I love the layout of this unit. It is perfect for this stage in my life. I should add, for the entire time I have been here, there has not been one unpleasant moment with any of the residents nor with the staff. My unit overlooks the BBQs, common area, and pool. Not once has noise been an issue nor has there been any other issue. I am very happy here.

Haven’t been able to let my friends or family in because they couldn’t provide me with the gate QR code to the gate and I’ve been asking for it since my move in day and I left a lot of voice Mail which was never gotten back to

Excellent place to live, very clean appartments and safe community. Especially love the pool, outside patio, and the gym. The staff is also very nice!
