Pros:
1. Affordable price
2. Nice location
3. Great amenities
4. Plenty of parking
5. Nice layout of room
Cons
1. Pigeon poops on car
2. Trash room always full and smell very bad
3. The apartment wall and ceiling is literally like a paper, no soundproofing at all. The walking step and activities from room above always noisy.
4. Have weird water dripping sound and very disturbing.
5. You could experience a random fire alarm alert during the day or night. Cause confusion if it's a real alert or... just technical issues that caused it.
6. Would be nice for leasing office staffs to greeting me and just ask how is my experience. I know they are busy with work but it would be nice to feel a sense of welcoming and willingly to help from the staffs.

I have been a part of the the Windsor Community for four years now It is in a great part of town and very walkable. I have grown to love my space more and more each year.
