Professional management that conscientious and accessible. Maintenance men are Johnny on the spot when need and professional.

I have been a tenant since 2017 and love the location for quick access to sports arenas and top restaurants. Also walking distance to it view on of the world class venues in the south “The Fox Theatre “

I’ve been living here for some time, and while the office staff has always been pleasant and helpful, the maintenance team has not provided the same level of service. Simple issues often take several days to be resolved, and in many cases, multiple tickets must be submitted before a problem is addressed. Additionally, interactions with the maintenance staff sometimes feel as though requests are an inconvenience rather than part of their responsibility. This is a noticeable change from how things... used to be, especially since the maintenance team appears to be the same staff. I’m unsure what caused this shift, but it has impacted the overall experience

While I’m glad the office team has remained pleasant and helpful, it’s concerning to hear that service requests have taken longer than they should and that you’ve felt the need to submit multiple tickets to have issues addressed. That is not the level of efficiency or follow-through we strive for. More importantly, I’m disappointed to hear that any interaction left you feeling like your request was an inconvenience. Every concern matters, and you should always feel respected and supported in your home.
We have experienced some operational challenges that may have impacted response times, but that should never affect professionalism or communication. Your comments about the noticeable shift in service are being taken seriously, and I will be addressing this directly with the maintenance team to ensure we return to the level of responsiveness and customer care you previously experienced.
I would truly appreciate the opportunity to connect with you personally to better understand specific instances and work toward making this right. Thank you again for your honesty and for allowing us the opportunity to improve.

The garbage is pilling up.. Their is a tree near by building that needs to be cut for months .still seeing dog poo..Management is not being supportive.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We understand the frustration and would like to provide some clarity.
The trash compactor was temporarily out of service; however, during that time an alternate drop-off option was provided, and...
trash pickups have continued twice weekly. As of 12/30/2025, the trash compactor has been fully repaired and is operational.

Regarding pet waste, our porter conducts daily rounds to pick up dog feces throughout the community. That said, maintaining a clean environment is a shared responsibility, and we kindly ask all residents to do their part by picking up after their pets.

As for the tree you referenced, it is currently awaiting city approval for removal. Tree removal is a regulated process and must go through proper environmental and municipal approvals before any action can be taken. This is not as simple as immediate removal, but please be assured we are actively following the required steps.

We appreciate your patience and feedback, and we remain committed to supporting the community and addressing concerns as promptly and responsibly as possible.
