I truly enjoy living in this place. Being situated between downtown and midtown offers the perfect balance; it’s convenient for commuting and allows me to enjoy a vibrant cultural life.

The management is great, maintenance could be better. Any current or future tenants experience would depend on their interaction with management and their neighbors. It’s a decent location close to shops & highways.

Overall good experience. Maintenance can be slow but they are friendly. Property management team varies depending on who you speak too. Most of them are really good.

Leasing office staff is great, my stay here has been pleasant. If there are any concerns, the management addresses them promptly. Great location, mainly quiet, despite occasional traffic during peek hours.
