I just seen my apartment at Eastlake and it was very nice, rooms are big lots of closets space and I love the master bedrooms, my agent emerald was so sweet and kind and friendly to us. I'm glad she was real professional.

Very poor, they never came to fix anything and wouldn't work with us to get moved to an apartment that wasn't infested with bugs, etc. As well as they made it really difficult to sign up or do anything lease related since they expect all parties to be there in person when anything lease related occurs. They don't do anything online with the lease and are very inconsiderate.

I lived here for 4 years and the first 3 years was pleasant with pleasant management and all but this 4th year turned into something different. We had 3 shootings within 4 months with the last ending in a death. Management became upset with me because I kept questioning all these fees and increases in my rent and lastly I received a huge bill for moving out! The management is flat out terrible. Getting any thing fixed is a nightmare of them claiming they never got the notice. Management gives wrong information all the time. Totally unknowledgeable and unhelpful staff. They’ll be moving everyone into mysterious temporary housing soon while they renovate, so DO NOT sign a lease anytime soon. Who knows what kind of conditions those will be like. If I could break the lease or had another option, I truly would.

That said, the grassy area and pool (when... it’s open) are nice touches.

This place is full of MOLD, They have rats living in the trash can , maintenance doesn't do their job
