I thoroughly enjoy living in this beautiful upscale community in the heart of the City. The location being one block away from Grant Park and the Atlanta Zoo and half a block from the BeltLine is amazing. The staff is unmatched and truly make this community feel like a home.

I’m still new but so far I’ve enjoyed my move in experience. My unit was nice and ready when I picked up my keys. Very multicultural community’s Chelsea was a really nice, great and to the point leasing agent

This was my first experience leasing an apartment without roommates so I was nervous about prior negative reviews, but the staff and building have exceeded expectations. From the tour, throughout the application process and since move in, I have been extremely happy with my decision to make Skylark my home.
