The apartments are large and the area is great. If the amenities were upkept they'd be great. Unfortunately the pool, community garden, car wash, and gym are poorly kept. Eviction policy is ruthless and sometimes people just need a little extra time. There are rats around the property and issues with leaks and mold. The rent fees are excessive.

I wouldn’t recommend renting from The Prato Midtown. The staff is very unprofessional and honestly seem to drive people away instead of helping them rent. I spoke with Alexus on a Saturday, and she said she’d confirm my employment documents with her manager before I paid the application fee. She never called back like she promised—I had to reach out twice. When she finally answered, she seemed annoyed and told me the unit was already taken. Then she offered another one that was more expensive.... When I asked if they could honor the first price, she refused and said, “That’s why I told you to pay the fee.”
It’s crazy—they act like they don’t even want tenants. Terrible experience.

A very cool and convenient place to live. It’s downtown but it feels very quiet and serene at this complex. Sort of like being downtown without being downtown!

The Prato is aesthetically a beautiful place to live, it has a homey environment with a beautiful surrounding and central location.

Lived here for a few weeks. Initial impressions are good, no bugs so far, location is good, the leasing terms are very flexible with putting up decorations or curtains on the walls, which is good. The leasing staff is very friendly. Parking abundant if you know where to look (there are parking garages under every building, but I feel like a lot of residents don't know how to get to them. There is only one entrance to the parking garage for buildings 2, 3, and 4, with the garage making a large J... shape under all 3 buildings, so I guess it isn't obvious, but it only took me like 3 minutes to figure out.) My only complaint thus far is that maintenance is not the fastest, but that seems to be an issue everywhere, but my toilet valve was broken and I submitted a maintenance request and it was over a week before anyone fixed it. I had to fill a pot with water to "flush" the toilet.d
