Overall, the Prato has been good. I’m not the biggest fan of the quality of the apartment I live in but I’m overall satisfied.

The apartments are large and the area is great. If the amenities were upkept they'd be great. Unfortunately the pool, community garden, car wash, and gym are poorly kept. Eviction policy is ruthless and sometimes people just need a little extra time. There are rats around the property and issues with leaks and mold. The rent fees are excessive.

I wouldn’t recommend renting from The Prato Midtown. The staff is very unprofessional and honestly seem to drive people away instead of helping them rent. I spoke with Alexus on a Saturday, and she said she’d confirm my employment documents with her manager before I paid the application fee. She never called back like she promised—I had to reach out twice. When she finally answered, she seemed annoyed and told me the unit was already taken. Then she offered another one that was more expensive.... When I asked if they could honor the first price, she refused and said, “That’s why I told you to pay the fee.”
It’s crazy—they act like they don’t even want tenants. Terrible experience.
