The Monroe is a function and beautiful property. There is absolutely no noise which I appreciate so much. I get to work in less than 30 minutes daily. I am so elated to have been given the opportunity to lease here. I would like to stay for a very long time. I am in love with my apartment.

The Monroe is a wonderful place to live. The staff is amazing. Community is quiet, clean and well maintained. Floor plans are efficient. 9' ceilings contribute to the open feeling. We highly recommned the Monroe.

Outstanding facility with the most professional staff. In particular, Brandon, Otis, and Caleb are excellent with responsive service. Each work to meet the needs of residents regardless of the nature of the need. Following an issue, each time I saw Brandon and Otis, they inquired about the issue I had experienced to ensure it was properly corrected. Caleb answered so many questions as I was considering the Monroe, and as I was moving in and throughout my time at this apartment complex. ... Caleb was patient and kind in his responses to my question. Brandon, Otis, and Caleb are super-stars! I also enjoyed the social activities!! I highly recommend the Monroe.
