My recommendation is not to entertain the fact of interest in these apartments. The price point is good. However, I should've known this was going to be an issue when 2 days before my move in date, I still had not received a call from the leasing office, and then the property manager called and seemed shocked that this occured.I moved in in May of this year. I should've looked at my particular unit before signing the lease agreement. The apartment was dirty at the time of move-in (despite the... fact that they charge a "Move-out" fee when a tenant leaves. There's infestation issues in and out of the apartment. Water damage to the interior of the cabinets. Bathroom accessories such as the curtain rod falling, the AC unit in my apartment has been an ongoing unresolved issue despite the numerous maintenance request. Their interpretation of "fixing" the rattling noise was to put foams around the AC. That didn't help. The bathroom door is rotted at the bottom... I could go on and on. To top it off, I submitted a review with a call-back request from the property manager. I received a call from Naomi (I believe was her name) who her my concerns. And apologized. That's all I got. An apology. Nothing has been fixed even after I sent her pictures of all the issues. I guess she felt her apology was going to fix things.

The apartment I lived in had issues with mold, and the appliances were outdated and often malfunctioned. Additionally, the noise levels from neighbors were disturbingly high.

Be aware that if you plan to relocate to another unit, the management imposes a fee. In my experience, I found the management team to lack transparency and fairness in financial dealings,... often charging for things that may not be justified.

Do not live here if you can help it. The property will catfish you and it's honestly not worth the money. The tiles were cracked, the kitchen sink was broken, there was residue and dirt everywhere and they'll tell you there's nothing they can do about it. It's 2023 btw, if you absolutely feel that there's no better place for you in all of the Sandy Springs area, make sure you see your unit before signing a thing. It's truly not worth it in my opinion.
