I really like the super convenient location and it is close to some great shopping. The apartment I saw was huge and had a lot of great light.

The grounds are really nice looking and the pool area and volleyball were cool. I liked how big the kitchen was too and back door makes good entrance for me:

I cannot begin to describe how amazing everyone had been. From the moment I walked in the young lady was very welcoming and warm. I am terrible with names but she was very thorough and helpful with what I was looking for. She was very patient and polite she took me to view everything i was inquiring about and even if the unit wasn’t available she pointed out where it was and was very attentive and accommodating with me. My recommendation is not to entertain the fact of interest in these apartments. The price point is good. However, I should've known this was going to be an issue when 2 days before my move in date, I still had not received a call from the leasing office, and then the property manager called and seemed shocked that this occured.I moved in in May of this year. I should've looked at my particular unit before signing the lease agreement. The apartment was dirty at the time of move-in (despite the... fact that they charge a "Move-out" fee when a tenant leaves. There's infestation issues in and out of the apartment. Water damage to the interior of the cabinets. Bathroom accessories such as the curtain rod falling, the AC unit in my apartment has been an ongoing unresolved issue despite the numerous maintenance request. Their interpretation of "fixing" the rattling noise was to put foams around the AC. That didn't help. The bathroom door is rotted at the bottom... I could go on and on. To top it off, I submitted a review with a call-back request from the property manager. I received a call from Naomi (I believe was her name) who her my concerns. And apologized. That's all I got. An apology. Nothing has been fixed even after I sent her pictures of all the issues. I guess she felt her apology was going to fix things.

2 months later, an apology from a property manager who never followed up afterwards despite her promises to "get things taken care of", nothing fixed, broken appliances, still have pest issues, and MANY regrets. Read More
