Do not live here if you can help it. The property will catfish you and it's honestly not worth the money. The tiles were cracked, the kitchen sink was broken, there was residue and dirt everywhere and they'll tell you there's nothing they can do about it. It's 2023 btw, if you absolutely feel that there's no better place for you in all of the Sandy Springs area, make sure you see your unit before signing a thing. It's truly not worth it in my opinion.

Today I visited these apartments and they are so beautiful and spacious. The lady that helped me today was Mrs.Tilya when I tell y’all she the best answer every question I had made me feel right at home. Don’t live here. It has one star for a reason. They charged me over $700 for carpet replacement because it was dirty…. Charged for excessive cleaning AND MANDATORY smart /cleanmove, which was supposed to provide cleaning. While living here there were domestic violence in the neighboring homes. I’ve called the police multiple times and the front office. Nothing was done. There were sewage in the tubs and a flea problem!! They couldn’t fix the flea problem I had to do it myself.
