While the management company changed, we’re proud that most of our onsite team has remained the same for nearly four years... . With any apartment community, things are bound to occasionally break or require repair, and that’s what our amazing team is here for! For example, our gate was recently damaged and required panel replacement. During the repair, the gate had to remain closed for a short period, and written communication and signage were provided in advance. We also find that many elevator interruptions occur when doors are held open for extended periods during active loading and unloading, which is why we place signage in the elevators to help prevent this. We absolutely understand the frustration when unexpected issues arise, but we’re proud of how quickly our team responds, communicates, and works toward a resolution. We truly appreciate your longtime residency and hope you’ll reach out to us directly whenever something comes up so we have the opportunity to help.
