The location is also a huge plus — close to Grant Park, great dining spots, and convenient access to major roads, which makes getting around Atlanta easy.

I chose to live at The Boulevard at Grant Park because of the location, pricing and floorplan/layout. And I'm happy with my decision. It's convenient located near downtown and midtown. The complex is only a few years old and built along the beltline, so base rent should be much higher but it's really affordable. So far all the residents I've encountered are kind and so are the staff and management. The property is clean as well. I would absolutely recommend to a friend

First place I toured because of location and photos online, but the next places I looked at after paled in comparison...so I came back a few days later and really glad I did. The specials and unit prices for all studios that were available when I first toured were held for me for 7 days (I think it was 7?) so I knew I had time to look around and then come back if I wanted to. First place I ever rented that honored that policy.

It's really a nice place and area to live. I love how the landscape is always refreshed.

The management team are very helpful. Nahkel, Dionne, and the new gentleman were all very gracious kind and patient and helpful despite how busy they are.

Living at The Boulevard has been an amazing experience! From the moment I moved in, I've been impressed by how clean, quiet and well maintained the community is. Its also very pet friendly! My dog absolutely loves the dog park! The appliances are modern and top tier. I've also had nothing but great experiences with the leasing team. Mekhai is always very helpful and welcoming, and Brenda the property manager was actually the one who gave me my initial tour, she truly goes above and beyond.
