I love that this community is so close to Lenox and Phipps, but it is off the beaten path. They have made some big improvements over the past few months, and it is giving almost a boutique feel. I can't wait to see what they do next. The team is super friendly and responsive to all of my issues.

I'm glad I chose this community! The location is unbeatable, with Publix and Target within walking distance, making errands so easy. The community is warm and welcoming, and Oksana, our leasing agent, was approachable, professional, and made our move-in smooth and stress-free. She was attentive and ensured we felt like valued residents.

Overall, The Boro is a great place to live. Management is responsive, maintenance is responsive and they keep up the building. It was a HOT summer, and we don't have insect or waterbug issues. Which is great!

I love living close to my job. I don't like the type of people that live here now. A lot of the people have large dangerous dogs that they let roam off leash. Also a lot of the people smoke weed so the whole complex reeks of weed.
