This complex has been great for my roommate and I. The location is great with Target, Publix, LA Fitness, and Dicks sporting goods less than a block away. The hallways, stairwells, and elevators are all very clean along with the maintenance team being very responsive in the case of an issue. The gates are all very heavy and secure doors with key fob or code requirements to enter. Lastly, the apartments are newly renovated with new appliances and floors. Overall, 10/10 experience.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time living at The Boro! The office staff is friendly and helpful as are the Maintenance staff. The units are roomy and spacious for the price in comparison to other properties nearby. The renovation was done very well, and my apartment is lovely! Highly recommend.

I love that this community is so close to Lenox and Phipps, but it is off the beaten path. They have made some big improvements over the past few months, and it is giving almost a boutique feel. I can't wait to see what they do next. The team is super friendly and responsive to all of my issues.
