I've lived at Sora since it opened about two years ago, and I really like it here. The staff is awesome, super friendly and helpful, and the building itself is always well-maintained. The amenities are great too, even if I don't use them much.
But, there are a couple of BIG things that are super annoying. First, the elevators are a nightmare. Usually, only three out of four work. And when two are booked for move-ins, that leaves just ONE elevator for the whole building. This happens ALL THE... TIME – I'm not kidding, probably 75% of my time here. I've waited 15 minutes each way just to take my dog out multiple times. One day, all of them were down, and people waited at least 30 minutes for service to be restored. It's ridiculous for a building this size and for the high amount they charge for rent.
My second big gripe is the required Fetch package service. It's cool when it works, but it often messes up. Packages get lost, and Fetch always blames the original delivery company. They'll say they checked their warehouse thoroughly and it's not there, only for it to show up a week later. And they charge $55 for this mandatory service, which feels like a rip-off given the issues.
Lastly, and this is frustrating, my utilities bill suddenly doubled last month. Water, sewer, and A/C (charged separately from the electric bill) jumped about $100 a month more than usual, and management can't explain why.
So, while I do like living at Sora, like any apartment, it has its problems. The elevator issues are definitely the most irritating. If they could fix these big operational and service problems, Sora would be an amazing place to live.

Recently moved in - we love it!
We moved into Sora about a month ago. The building and amenities are beautiful, the location is unparalleled, and the staff go so far above and beyond to make this place feel like home it’s unbelievable. Royal and Mario are in a league of their own. This is a wonderful building and community.

Fantastic Luxury Apartment Complex
Everything about Sora is fantastic, from the amenities to the upscale kitchens in the units. The concierge team is unmatched, specifically Royal and Josh! No issue is too small and they are always attentive to the needs of the residents.

Great Apartment
The only annoying component is the guest parking, in our previous parking they had 6 hours validation for guests, but here our guests have to pay for parking, I didn’t consider this before we move in but now I find it nonsense. Our moving process went very smooth and the staff were very helpful and responsive in person (we had challenges to communicate through phone call. The apartment is nice clean brand new. So far enjoying our apartment. And the amenities are really good. Nice view
