I am a current resident, and I would not recommend moving to this apartment complex.

My experience has been very disappointing. The leasing agent, Brianna, has been consistently disrespectful. Whenever I raise concerns, she talks down to me and has even yelled at me over the phone, which is completely unprofessional.

I’ve also noticed additional charges being added to my rent, so I encourage residents to carefully review their monthly statements and question any unexpected fees.

The property... itself has several ongoing maintenance and safety issues. The elevator is frequently out of service, and the main entrance door to the building does not lock properly—it is often left open, allowing homeless individuals to enter the property, go through the dumpsters, and wander around the complex. This has made me feel unsafe.

Inside my apartment, I’ve dealt with broken electrical outlets and other damaged fixtures that have not been properly addressed. The courtyard often smells like urine, and the community grills rarely work.

With all of these unresolved issues, I have to ask: What exactly am I paying for? Residents deserve a safe, well-maintained property and respectful management. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. Read More

My experience at this property has been overwhelmingly disappointing. The overall maintenance of the community is subpar, and communication from the office staff is consistently poor. The photos on the website do not accurately reflect the condition of the property in person.
Building access is not secure, and the garage appears to have gone an extremely long time without being pressure-washed. The speed bumps are deteriorated and unevenly placed throughout the garage. The front office doors are... almost always locked, making it difficult to reach staff when assistance is needed. At this point, contacting code enforcement seems necessary, as I’m confident multiple violations would be identified.
My application process was mishandled from the start. I had to follow up repeatedly, all the way up to my scheduled move-in date at 4:30 PM. I was left in limbo—sitting in the office until closing—only to still be waiting on an approval. My car was later booted despite having provided the correct vehicle information, and I was never refunded. I was also charged additional fees without being informed of any changes. Three months after moving in, these issues remain unresolved.
Upon move-in, my apartment had not been cleaned or properly prepared. There were even smoke bombs left behind in the unit. Follow-ups routinely take over a month, and most progress only happens when I reach out first.

My recent move-in was seamless! Lale assisted me with onboarding and Christiane readily made herself available to assist with any questions I had. They're both excellent staff who facilitated the move-in process, which means a lot considering my busy schedule. Great location and nice neighbors.

I would not recommend unless you just need a place and care nothing about issues that may come up.
