I’ve been living here since February 2023 and I have zero complaints. The building is always clean, and concierge is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance team always gives same day service if you happen to have an issue with something and they are very nice as well. I love the security and safety features of the building. The assistant manager Lea…..she’s so sweet, very understanding and she goes above and beyond at her job. Thank you for being so kind, trustworthy and amazing Novel team... members!

Most of these reviews are based on the first impressions as it pertains to the touring. However, I have lived here for 3 years, and I recently had an issue with leadership that is beyond disgusting. The property (Crescent Communities) and Greystar are beyond money hungry and are doing everything in their power to profit. Because my "invisible" 2025-2026 lease was set to end on February 20, 2026, I was charged the month-to-month pro-rated rent for 2/20/26 - 2/28/26. Before January ended, I... emailed Novel Midtown about this issue because the renewal links I received were nonfunctional in both December 2025 and January 2026. Leana Harris, assistant property manager, finally reached out to me, it was on 2/2/26. This resulted in a face-to-face meeting, and I was told that there was nothing they would do to resolve the billing issue, although they had ample amount of time to fix the issue. There have been communication exchanges between Novel Midtown - Greystar and me in which they have admitted to system issues. I find it interesting that, because of system issues, it places a financial burden on me.
Also, I have been informed that many other residents are having issues obtaining renewal rates in a timely manner. I would not be surprised if hitting current residents with month-to-month rates in addition to base rent is the owners' and Greystar's way to pocket more money. If any of the other residents are seeing this, I encourage you to contact state and government agencies to raise awareness of these unlawful practices.

Our intention is never to place an undue financial burden on our residents. We acknowledge that there were technical issues affecting renewal communications during this period, and we recognize how this contributed to confusion and dissatisfaction. While month-to-month rates were applied at the end of your lease, we understand your concern regarding the timing and functionality of the renewal process and how that impacted you. Once your renewal is executed, the month to month fees no longer applies. We take feedback like this seriously and we're taking this opportunity to review your account in more detail in order to provide additional clarification and/or resolution. Our goal is always to provide a fair, transparent, and professional living experience for all residents.

I’ve been living at Novel Midtown for over a year, and I truly enjoy it here. The community is always clean and has a fresh, pleasant scent throughout. The staff is friendly, and the amenities are well-maintained and convenient. Overall, I find the residents to be respectful, and I appreciate that it’s a very pet-friendly community.
The only drawback is guest parking. The validation only covers two hours, which isn’t enough if family or friends—like my parents—are visiting. After that, they... have to pay for parking, which can add up quickly. It would be great if the community offered annual or extended guest passes to make hosting visitors easier.

Great Team and Apartment
I recently moved to Atlanta and began looking for apartment buildings in the Midtown area. After touring several options, Novel stood out as the clear favorite. It was not only the most affordable, but also centrally located and filled with a wide variety of high-quality amenities that truly set it apart. From the moment I stepped inside, I knew I wanted to make Novel my new home.
Diego played a huge role in making that happen. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—answering... all of my questions promptly and thoroughly, and guiding me through each step with professionalism and care. His responsiveness and attention to detail made the entire transition smooth and stress-free.
Thanks to Diego and the amazing Novel team, moving to Atlanta has been an exciting and positive experience. I truly can’t recommend them enough to anyone considering a move to Midtown.
