I’ve also been impressed by how quickly the maintenance team handles repair requests. And a huge shoutout to our concierges—they’re the real stars of Nomia! Pros: Great Views, Great Neighbors, Stylish Apartments
Cons: Gym is basic not enough leg or strength training machines, since there are no gyms in midtown
Events could be way better
Management could maintain property better and make sure apartments are fixed properly
