It has been almost 1 1/2 month since I moved in and things are looking great, I still have my apartment not well orgarnized but I have had a pleasure mingling with some great neighbours. And all I can say is So far, so good—great people around me. A little different compared to where I came from, but I’m loving it.

Management is responsive and housing is affordable. I also find the community very calming for being in the city. Being right across from Central Park is great.

Mold and poor management
To began we have lived at 251 for a bit over two years. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere, poor management, leaks in ceiling and MOLD. Nothing is ever properly fixed just patched over with zero follow up and lack of any professionalism.

We just moved here and we love it.
We just moved here a few weeks ago and everyone from maintenance to the front office and Ashley especially has been so helpful and wonderful. It's a great place to call home in a great neighborhood and it's affordable so YAY 251 North !!
