I been here 2 years and 6 months since my job is around the corner good 20 min walk not bad honestly. No I wasn't paid to make this review at all this is my genuine review with actual experiences I had. First of all staff truly nice and always good to answer any questions I have or emergency maintenance issues they be quick on it. We planning to renew again the rent itself can't be beat else where, the add ones we'll that is part of Buckhead your gonna find same thing everywhere honestly. We... search for months and these apartments were on number 1 pick after touring around. I honestly never had issues with my apartment or staff that required me to move out. Every time im heading to work in the morning there is a cleaning staff doing the halls on point with cleaning. Maintenance is great from my experiences never take to long and always kind to answer any questions I have or suggestions. I love the laundry in apartment that was a plus for us and the elevator made it easy for moving in especially the wide halls with our furniture. Staff understanding came to our rental uhual so it was easy transition give us some time without issues regarding parking. Overall we enjoy our stay and always great to have good neighbors too. If you see any review above a 3 star then I promise they paid someone to write it. It’s the worst apartment in Atlanta. Bug infested, cheap and filled with spiders and webs I. The garages. Maintenance doesn’t do their job. They take months to complete simple orders and no one cleans up the hallway. The staff is very unprofessional. You’re better off anywhere but here. DONT MOvE HERE!!
