I recently toured and applied to this community. Thankfully it was still offering the promo for the admin/application fee. Unfortunately, I was denied due to their screening company not being able to verify one of my employments. Instead of being asked to provide the other bank statement where this pay is direct deposited- they denied it saying that it was altered. If your system requires bank statements for each employer, then make this known- but don't deny someone due to your lack of... competence- do a better job!! I was greeted with excellent customer service. The staff and the Manager came out to greet me. I felt very welcomed. All my questions were answered and I plan to go back today to fill out my application.

As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with such Enthusiasm the office staff understood all my needs and made sure I found the perfect apartment. I was looking for a one bedroom, which they didn’t have a vacant one to show, but I toured the model and it fit all my needs. I was still a little skeptical until they showed me the 24 Hour fitness Center and then I was sold. I look forward to moving into my new 1 bedroom apartment. Thanks to Paige and Justin!

I recently just read an apartment at this community and let me tell you it’s top-tier. The community is clean. The maintenance staff is perfection and always communicate effectively. I would recommend this community to anybody.
