In the last 5 years of residential experiences here at the Parkside Vista. I have never experienced so much dirtiness here, in the complex. trash everywhere and apartment breezeway are very dirty, don't pressure wash them at all. dust gets in the buildings, and when you call them to resolve the issues they take for ever to come. very loud noices, people getting cars wheels stolen from their cars. People from other places come here without permission, to swim in the pool always dirty. other kids... from other next door apartment cross fences and they come to parkside vista to dirty the complex with trash please close fences for more security. i moved here about three years ago. After searching for days, my last stop was here. And I almost gave up. When I pulled up, I was immediately impressed with appearance. Lauren was the person who helped me that day. She was very nice and answered all my questions. We looked at the two bedroom, which was less than the one bedroom that I was in at another property. Well, I was blown away by the size and price. It didn't take me long to decide. I am still here and enjoying my space, the peace and... quiet and I have become close to Everyone who works here.
