They just want your money and don't want to repair anything. The whole place is a dump infested with with roaches, loud music and children ???? playing in the parking lot with no parents supervision. It's been two years since the pool been open management don't have a clue about anything ther.

I live in Marquis Grove apartment for eight years.it used to be Tempo 2000 It's a small apartment complex where I know pretty all my neighbors. Great location walking distance to the grocery stores, but the management team don't want to fix nothing it's only one maintenance man/grounds man for the apartment complex it will take months before he comes to repair things.
